9.0 lb American Pilsner Malt

1.0 lb Flaked Rye

0.5 lb American Carapils

0.5 lb Flaked Oats

 

Boil: 60 minutes

0.5 oz Columbus - 60 minutes

1.0 lb Dextrose - 5 minutes

1.5 oz Galaxy - 2 minutes

1.5 oz Amarillo - 2 minutes

 

Yeast:

The Yeast Bay Saison Blend

 

Fermentation:

70 F for 4 weeks

 

OG: 1.058     IBU: 35-40

FG: 1.002
