Batch Size: 5 gallons

Mash: 60 minutes at 152 ºF; 10 minutes at 170 ºF

10lb Belgian Pilsner

1lb carapils

10 oz white wheat

10 oz flaked oats

5 oz flaked barley

5 oz flaked rye

10 oz clear candi syrup

Boil: 60 minutes

1 oz East Kent Golding - 60 Minutes

10 oz clear candi syrup - 15 Minutes

1 oz Sazz - 10 Minutes

1 oz Sazz - 5 Minutes

0.50 oz Citra- 5 Minutes

Yeast:

The Yeast Bay Dry Belgian Ale

 

Fermentation:

Pitched Yeast Bay Dry Belgian Ale at 68 ºF and ramp up to 71 ºF; approximately 2 weeks in primary

Bottle conditioned 3 months
