4.5 lb. American Two-Row

 

Boil: 60 minutes

0.75 oz Cascade (aged 1 year in basement) - 60 Minutes

0.75 oz Willamette (aged 1 year in basement) - 60 Minutes

 

 

Yeast:

The Yeast Bay Amalgamation and Danstar Munich (co-pitch)

 

 

Fermentation:

68-70 F for 8 weeks in primary

Racked to secondary fermentor with 6 lbs. pinapple; fermented another 6 weeks

 

 

OG: 1.065     IBU: 15

FG: 1.004
