13 lb Belgian Pils

0.5 lb Munich Malt (light)

2.0 lb. Simlicity Candi Syrup 

 

Boil: 60 minutes

1.25 oz Fuggle - 60 Minutes

1.0 oz Fuggle - 30 Minutes

0.75 oz Sazz - 5 Minutes

 

Yeast:

The Yeast Bay Dry Belgian Ale

 

Fermentation:

70 F for 7 days

 

OG: 1.075     IBU: 27.3

FG: 1.004
